Responsibility & Ownership

Young people need to take responsibility for the choices in their lives, because those choices make them into the adults they want to become.

Empathy Above All

I have nothing but empathy for parents and sympathy for students going through all this. I know that they are often worried, scared, overwhelmed and confused.

No Formulaic Approach

While I believe in being thorough, each student and each family is unique and I respect that. I do not have a one-size-fits-all process.

Regular Communication

I ensure regular communication with parents, as well as students, to help ease their concerns and keep everyone informed throughout the process.
